Bi-Plan Type Disk Valve for Operational and Emergency Shut-off

Designed to fulfil the functions of operational, emergency and repair shut-off valve. Operative control of the gate is performed in accordance with the algorithm of the gate control system. Emergency closure of the gate is performed in case of turbine guide apparatus failure. Operational and repair closure is performed when the turbine guide apparatus is closed, emergency closure is performed in the water flow. The repair function of the gate is to shut off the pressure pipeline for the period of revision or repair of the turbine flowing part. Opening of the gate is performed when the guide device is closed and the spiral chamber of the turbine is filled with water.
