Automatic Video Recording Traffic Measurement Complex "AutoHurricane-MS" for Traffic Control

The complex is a special technical means operating in automatic mode and having the function of photo and video recording to ensure control over road traffic, including for fixation of administrative offences in the field of road traffic, in the field of territory improvement and is designed to perform the following functions:
-Fixation of vehicles and identification of the vehicle's licence plate in the traffic flow;
-measurement of vehicle speed in the control zone by radar method, determination of the coordinates of the current location, determination of the current time synchronised with the UTC(SU) time scale;
- fixation of violations of the rules of parking and stopping of vehicles;
-Detection of traffic violations and photo-video recording of evidence materials;
-archiving and storage of evidentiary information;
-Verification of recognised vehicle licence plates against connected databases;
-notification of the operator about the detected events;
-transmission of information on recorded traffic violations to the data centre (CAFAP).
