Automated Welding Line for Dual-Branch Frames LDK-5 for Efficient Production

The line of welding of double branch frames, hereinafter referred to as "line", is designed for the manufacture of flat frames up to 360 mm wide from longitudinal wires with a diameter of 4-5 mm with automatic feeding of cross wires with a diameter of 3-5 mm from coils.

The line is used at construction industry enterprises. The line is designed for operation in temperate climate conditions. Design and category UHL4.

The line consists of: coil holders, welding machine, bundler, cross feeder. The cross wire coil holder is installed on the workshop foundation.

The coil holder is designed with a vertical axis of rotation and is intended for installation of reinforcing steel coils of different diameters and weights.

The welding machine is designed for welding of the frame. It consists of a bed, on which are fixed all the main components of the machine: electrode drive unit, the mechanism for feeding longitudinal rods, the mechanism for cutting and feeding the cross wire under the electrodes, pneumatic equipment, transformer.
