The curd maker is designed for milk squashing and automatic carrying out of the classical process of obtaining and processing of curd clot. The curd maker set consists of the following items: Curd maker, thermistor-3 pcs, level sensor-1 pcs, pressure sensor-1 pcs, hot water preparation system (optional, ordered separately), control panel. Tworogo-maker (TI)-working volume from 3000 litres to 12 000 litres.
