Microsyringe AGAT MSH-10 is designed for measuring the volume of liquid sample when it is introduced into the dispenser-evaporator of chromatograph. The microsyringe is a mechanical piston dosing device consisting of a glass cylinder with a reference device (linear scale), a steel piston (rod) with a button and a steel needle. The principle of operation is based on the creation in the calibrated channel of the glass cylinder of alternating vacuum or overpressure, as a result of which the dosed liquid is sucked into or drained from the tip.

Vacuum and overpressure are created by moving a metal piston in the calibrated channel of the glass cylinder of the microsyringe.
