Active Shoulder Prosthesis (Traction Type) for Personalized Comfort and Mobility

Must be made according to an individual plaster cast, consists of: individually fitted receiving and bearing sleeves made of injection moulded laminated plastic on the basis of acrylic resins, traction brush with a moulding and cosmetic shell made of polyvinyl chloride of increased cosmeticity of flesh colour and plastic elbow-forearm unit of flesh colour. The elbow-forearm assembly shall have an axial artificial joint, with a multi-stage fixation mechanism, which allows changing and fixing positions at different angles with the healthy arm. The artificial hand must have a single-pull with a metal frame, passive rotation, opening and closing of the fingers of the hand must be carried out with the help of a rod, the fastening must be individual fitting, with an axillary loop through the healthy upper arm, the fastening of the rod to the prosthesis fastening is individual, adjustable.
