Water treatment plant M-160 is designed to purify water from wells from suspended solids, colloids, disinfection from bacteria and viruses, compounds of manganese, copper, phosphorus, organic substances (including petroleum products), dissolved salts, including compounds of one-, two- and polyvalent metals. The unit can be used to supply water to individual houses with simultaneous residence of up to 15 people at a consumption rate of 250 litres/person per day.
If water is consumed only for drinking and cooking, the system can be used to supply water to up to 750 people.
The equipment is mounted on a frame made of anodised aluminium machine profile. Pipelines of the water treatment unit are made of polypropylene pipes, electrical connections are made of polyamide corrugated pipe. The high-pressure pump is mounted on vibration supports.
Water purification technology. The initial water comes to the inlet of the high-pressure pump, and under pressure is supplied for treatment. Water is cleaned from mechanical impurities and dissolved organic substances (optionally depending on the type of cartridges used) in the preliminary filter and enters the nanofiltration membrane housing, where it is divided by the membrane into desalinated permeate and salt-enriched concentrate. The concentrate is discharged to the sewer.
The treated water passes through a permeate counter, is supplied with a preserving dose of sodium hypochlorite (optional, depending on the version) and enters the storage tank.
