The system of water treatment, water storage and water supply MH-400 is designed to purify water from wells from suspended solids, colloids, disinfection from bacteria and viruses, from compounds of iron, manganese, copper, sulfur, phosphorus, organic substances and dissolved salts, including compounds of one-, two- and polyvalent metals, storage of purified water and delivery of purified water under pressure into the consumer network.
The system can be used to supply water to individual houses with simultaneous residence of up to 40 people at a consumption rate of 250 litres/person per day. If water is consumed only for drinking and cooking, the system can be used to supply water to up to 2000 people. In the body of the system are mounted: a unit of water treatment, a unit of purified water storage, a unit of purified water delivery under the required pressure into the consumer network (pumping station after the system is not required). Water treatment technology. Source water is supplied to the inlet of the high-pressure pump, and under pressure is supplied for treatment. Water is purified from mechanical impurities and dissolved organic substances (optionally, depending on the type of cartridges used) in a pre-filter. Next, a sodium hypochlorite solution is dosed into the water to oxidise the impurities contained in the water. Oxidation takes place in a pressure reactor. The suspended solids formed during oxidation are collected in the post-filter and water dechlorination takes place there. Further, the treated water enters the nanofiltration membrane housing, where it is separated by membranes into desalinated permeate and salt-enriched concentrate. The concentrate is discharged from the treated water block into the sewer. The treated water passes through the permeate water meter, is supplied with a preservative dose of sodium hypochlorite and enters the storage tank. The treated water is pumped out of the storage tank by the treated water pump and fed into the consumer's water supply network.
The system is mounted in an airtight enclosure, no condensation is formed during operation.
Sound insulation allows the system to be operated in inhabited rooms.
