Apparatus "Vibrobit 100" is designed for continuous measurement and control of mechanical condition parameters of steam and gas turbines, turbochargers, centrifugal pumps and other machines during their operation.
The equipment measures and monitors the following parameters:
- mean square value (MSV) of vibration velocity of bearing supports;
- relative vibration displacement of rotating shafts and other units;
- relative displacement of rotating shafts;
- relative displacement of bearing housings, position of locking and regulating organs;
- number of rotor revolutions.
The equipment performs:
- parameter measurement and conversion into unified DC signals;
- comparison of the parameter with the set levels and signalling of their exceeding;
- generation of signals of equipment shutdown;
- formation of signals of instantaneous values of the parameter, for revolutions - reference pulse of the unit speed.
