Noria of NL type is intended for vertical transporting of grain and its products, as well as at enterprises for grain preparation and processing.
Noria is manufactured in climatic version "U", category of placement 3 according to GOST 15150. The elevator is equipped with explosion-discharge device, ratchet mechanism against belt backstroke and control devices. The elevators operate from AC mains with frequency 50 Hz and voltage 380 V, continuous operation mode. External environment is non-aggressive, non-explosive with the content of non-conductive grain dust up to 4 mg/m. The elevators have a vertically closed traction element in the form of a belt with buckets rigidly attached to it. The running gear and turning devices of the elevator are placed in a closed metal casing consisting of the upper part (head), middle sections (pipes) and the lower part (shoe). Bulk cargo is fed into the loading spigot (toe) of the lower part of the elevator, loaded into buckets, lifted into them and discharged under the action of centrifugal force on the upper drum into the spigot of the upper part of the elevator. The main units of elevators are:
- head of the elevator with a drive consisting of a gearmotor. The body is galvanised steel. Bolted connections. Explosion discharger, technological hatches on the body;
-bashmak of elevator with device for belt tensioning. Body - galvanised steel. Bolted connections;
-elevator pipe. Body - galvanised steel. Bolted connections;
-assembly pipe with longitudinal split. Body - galvanised steel. Bolted connections;
-belt elevator;
-buckets;
-speed control relay switches off the elevator in case of speed change, slippage or breakage of the belt. Backing sensors switch off the elevator in case of pressing of the elevator shoe by the transported product, in case of running away, breakage or loosening of the belt tension.
