Specialised automatic vertical vertical band saw machine MSK-2500TT, for cutting rings (circles) from square workpieces. This unique design allows to make both external and internal cuts in the workpiece. The work table is equipped with ball supports for easy movement of heavy workpieces. All components are driven by a servo motor. The machine is equipped with a drilling unit for drilling holes for further internal cutting in the workpiece. The machine is equipped with a welding unit for welding band saws.
The main advantage of these machines is minimal material consumption during sawing, as a relatively thin band saw blade is used. This allows cutting with minimum thickness of the kerf, respectively with minimum waste of expensive material (shavings). Thanks to this it is possible to achieve maximum cleanliness of the cut, which in turn allows you to spend fewer resources for further processing of the workpiece.
