Designated (purpose) for individual protection of respiratory organs and eyesight of people from toxic products of combustion (including carbon monoxide) during evacuation from smoke-filled premises during fire (in case of fire), as well as from other dangerous chemical substances (vapours, gases, aerosols) in cases of man-made accidents and terrorist acts.
Protective action time is not less than 35 minutes. Provides protection from: Carbon monoxide, acrolein; hydrogen chloride; hydrogen cyanide; acrolein; chlorine; cyclohexane; hydrogen sulphide; ammonia; sulphur dioxide.
The working part of the self-rescuer includes: hood with internal self-tensioning system of the headband with an observation window; half-mask; two combined filters with lateral arrangement.
The internal system of tensioning the headband of the hood provides a tight fit of the half-mask to the face regardless of the degree of tensioning by the user of the external headband, eliminates errors by the user (in most cases, this system allows not to tighten the external headband...).
