Blast chambers are designed for rapid cooling and blast freezing of various food products-semi-finished products of similar nomenclature for their further storage at catering and processing enterprises. The blast chiller is box-shaped, prefabricated. Panels are fastened together with eccentric locks. The walls, floor and ceiling of the chamber are 80 mm thick sandwich panels filled with high quality polyurethane foam with density of 40...45 kg/m3.
Refrigeration unit and condenser are of remote type, connected with the refrigeration system of the chamber by external pipelines. The chamber doors are hinged, hinged, equipped with seals on the contour and a keyed lock with a latch. Air coolers are located inside the cabinet. The chamber is equipped with a ramp to allow the entry of trolleys.
The refrigeration system of the chamber is connected to a remote type refrigeration unit. The operation of the refrigeration unit is controlled by a controller.
