The technology of precise application of liquid fertilisers into the soil with the help of injection wheels and aggregates created on their basis is one of the most progressive and effective methods used in modern farms.
Working principle: injection wheels are equipped with hollow needles made of hard alloys and through the injection needle liquid fertiliser is injected into the soil to a depth of 6 cm. There are 12 needles on each wheel. The distance between injection points is 13 cm and the distance between rows is 25 cm.
The needle works on the nozzle principle: through the integrated valves in the hub of the injection wheel, a certain fertiliser dose is squeezed into the soil at a pressure of 3-6 bar, depending on the speed and application rate.
