The chip is designed for use in three-phase electricity metering devices, includes seven channels of analogue-digital conversion of current and voltage, performs their statistical processing and transfer of results to the main calculator of the metering device. It supports three-phase three-wire and three-phase four-wire schemes of inclusion.The microcircuit is based on 23-bit sigma-delta ADC of the second order and provides calculation of active, reactive and total power for three phases and total, calculation of active, reactive and total energy, simultaneous calculation of RMS values of currents and voltages, calculation of the phase shift between current and voltage over three phases, calculation of frequency in the voltage channel, generation of interrupts by events, calibration corrections, control of voltage overruns (sags, overvoltages). Data can be transmitted via SPI bus, as well as stored in the signal buffer.
