The hardware and software complexes "Stork-Control" (hereinafter referred to as complexes) are designed to measure the speed of vehicles in the control zone using video frames and radar method and the speed of vehicles in the controlled area using video frames, to measure the current time synchronised with the national time scale of the Russian Federation UTC(SU), to measure the current navigation parameters and to determine on their basis the coordinates of the complexes.
